We’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative who thrives in customer-focused conversations and knows how to move prospects from first contact to final purchase.

You’re someone who thrives in high-energy, target-driven environments. You know how to manage the entire sales process from identifying opportunities and engaging prospects, to building trust, addressing concerns, and closing sales. You combine empathy with persuasion, and you bring a consultative approach that turns interest into long-term customer relationships.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively connect with prospective and existing customers using effective outbound strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, objection handling, closing, and follow-up.
  • Position yourself as a trusted product expert by offering clear, accurate information and tailored solutions.
  • Deliver personalized pitches that adapt to each customer’s needs and motivations.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM.
  • Process orders efficiently and ensure smooth post-sale experiences.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, safeguarding Nooro’s reputation.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to help improve sales strategies and processes.


What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Proven success in full cycle sales from prospecting to closing especially in phone-based campaigns.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling to increase order value and retention.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, telephone tools, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and focus in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to confidently present and explain product knowledge.
  • Background in health, wellness, or medical-related campaigns is a plus.
