Job Title: Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative


Shift: Full-Time | Night Shift (8 Hours/Day)

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle both outbound and inbound calls, pitch our services to potential clients, and secure qualified appointments for the sales team. You will be responsible for engaging prospects, addressing basic objections, and ensuring a smooth transition of leads to the sales department. This performance-driven role is perfect for someone confident on calls, with strong persuasion and communication skills, who can consistently deliver desired results during night working hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls/messages to potential clients to introduce and pitch company services
  • Attend inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
  • Clearly communicate service value propositions to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule appointments/demos
  • Maintain accurate and updated interaction records in the CRM system
  • Send appointment confirmations and follow-up reminders
  • Re-engage warm leads to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and follow-through
  • Address initial objections and motivate prospects to proceed to the next step
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and appointments

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working night shift (8-hour schedule)
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining CRM accuracy and professionalism
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and positive approach
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Strong ability to remain focused, motivated, and performance-oriented
