Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

1. Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and qualify opportunities

2. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels

3. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects

4. Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM

5. Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship-building

6. Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities progress efficiently

7. Support lead generation initiatives and outbound prospecting efforts

8. Track sales activities, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics

9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contract through onboarding

Job Requirements:

1. Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role
2. Strong verbal and written English communication skills
3. Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and sales activities
4. Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
7. Familiarity with JobTread or similar construction management software is a PLUS
8. Knowledge or background in the construction industry is preferred
9. Willingness to research and understand JobTread and its basic functions prior to the interview process
10. Ability to understand construction-related workflows and communicate effectively with potential clients

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience conducting discovery calls and handling sales objections

2. Familiarity with sales pipelines and lead nurturing processes

3. Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets
