We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) – French Bilingual to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients in both French and English-speaking markets.You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, playing a key role in building relationships and driving our pipeline growth within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Follow up with inbound leads from marketing channels.
- Engage prospects through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify prospects' pain points and business objectives.
- Qualify leads and assess their sales readiness.
- Schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Executives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and team sales targets.
- Support EMEA lead coverage, requiring fluency in English/French or English/German.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in a call center/BPO industry.
- 2+ years of sales development or lead qualification experience (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (or any equivalent CRM system).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with diagnostic sales methodologies (e.g., Value Connection Mindset or similar frameworks).
- Ability to accurately manage and update data within a CRM system.
- Experience working with lead scoring models and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English/French or English/German (required).
