A growing service-based business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join their remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and a vital support system for the sales team—ensuring smooth operations, timely follow-ups, and exceptional service. This is a remote position managed through PANDR Outsourcing and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and prompt assistance.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining up-to-date client records in the CRM.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure timely service delivery.
- Liaise with field technicians and operations staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Use CRM systems and software tools (including Tradify, if applicable) to track leads, jobs, and communications.
- Assist in generating sales reports, data entry, and general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with Tradify is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team setting.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with the pest control industry or other service-based businesses is an advantage, but not required.
