簡介

  • Sales technicians work with customers to find the products or services that best meet their needs and may deliver or install the necessary equipment on-site.
  • As a sales technician, you ensure your customers receive the product or service they purchased and troubleshoot any issues they may have with the equipment.

職位要求

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with products.
  •  Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on customer equipment.
  •  Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
  •  Train customers on proper product usage and maintenance.
  •  Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
  •  Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
  •  Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  •  Provide feedback to the product development team for quality improvements.
