YOUR IMPACT
Senior VIM Consultant is an individual contributor with a deep understanding in OpenText VIM who will be responsible for leading smaller projects and will work closely with clients to ensure the delivery of optimal business process improvements.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Provide technical and functional guidance in VIM including SAP MM/FI modules
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members
- Assist in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and configuration
- Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations with supervision from Senior peers
- Assist in testing, training, and support activities
- Manage multiple projects or specific modules with supervision
- Basic configuration of the OpenText VIM components and Integration with SAP
- Analyzing and debugging of simple to medium functional, design and implementation issues related to the solution and preparation of RCA
- Assist in workshops (key user training, blueprinting,etc.) with business and IT stakeholders of the client to elicit and document business and technical requirements for complex digital solutions
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Information Technology, Engineering/other technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Preferably Knowledgeable in OpenText VIM Solutions and Foundation
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and S4HANA is highly desirable
- Proven experience in full lifecycle VIM projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience in OpenText VIM installations, upgrades & Patching, Migrations
- 3-5 of working experience as an SAP professional (VIM/FI/MM modules) with basic knowledge on ABAP
- With Teamwork/Collaboration skills: Inspires and motivates others toward goal accomplishments; develops and sustains cooperative working relationships
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with minimal supervision Must possess effective time management skills
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Must have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
- Must be willing to be on-call beyond normal working hours and on weekends
- Must be willing to work on shifts (can be ASPAC, EMEA or US)
Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite, then 2 days remote work per week.
