- Coordinate and manage scheduling of appointments and bookings.
- Collate availability and prioritize requests from team members.
- Utilize scheduling software to optimize daily schedules or Technicians.
- Communicate effectively with customers, clients and stakeholders.
- Handle rescheduling and cancellations with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on scheduling activities.
- With Customer Services Skills.
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Proficient in any Microsoft Offices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field experience in demand planning, scheduling or forecasting.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in bookings or scheduling or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service, scheduling abilities, problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and proficient in Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; Site Visits; Client Facing
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, excellent people skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
