Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, prepare documents, and communicate effectively with team members.
Professionally represent the company executives when greeting guests, organizing company events, reviewing correspondence and responding to inquiries made to the executives
Professionally represent the company president when greeting guests, organizing company events, reviewing correspondence and responding to inquiries made to the president.
Develop itineraries and agendas including scheduling flights, arranging other transportation and book accommodations.
Complete special projects as assigned by president. This may include creative problem solving, progress oversight, working with multiple company departments and extensive company research.
Actively seek to improve professional skill set and capabilities through active engagement in industry-related activities and/or membership with relevant professional organizations.
Maintain effective daily operations and make suggestions for process improvements when necessary.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Provide general administrative support
