• Prepare and submit purchase orders in our internal ERP system
• Track order and shipment status; provide regular updates in daily reports
• Coordinate with the Purchasing team on inventory control and requisition priorities
• Coordinate with Finance on invoice processing, data verification, and payment scheduling
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and quality standards with suppliers; handle inquiries and complaints
• Provide general administrative support: calendar management, document organization, and handling calls and emails
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or office secretary with a focus on procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with automation or AI tools for procurement workflows
• Background in construction or real estate sectors
