Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Requirement Elicitation and Refinement
- Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Develop project requirements in Azure DevOps, aligned with standard document artifacts
Stakeholder Collaboration and Management
- Work with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog
- Engage with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Define business processes in consultation with business users
- Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders
Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with IT teams on system integration and solution conceptualization
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, clients, and development teams
Quality Assurance
- Coordinate with testing teams and assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor and manage bug fixes/issues and their resolution
- Define and validate acceptance criteria for user stories
- Collaborate with QA teams to provide and validate test scenarios, test cases, and scripts
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with business, vendor, and technical counterparts on new systems and integrations within the company ecosystem
Skills & Competencies
- Agile mindset and understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and elicitation methods
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
- Technical understanding of systems and platforms
- Experience proposing process and procedure improvements based on ITIL standards and GDPR compliance
- Proven vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
Technical Skills
- Azure DevOps (managing iterations, building user stories, documentation)
- Microsoft Technology Stack: SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI
- ITIL Best Practices
- Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years in a senior role
- 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services
- 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications
- Exposure to account/sales management, government procurement, and contract lifecycle management
- Familiarity with project management lifecycle and systems development cycle
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Job Type: Contractor
Contract Length: 12 months
Work Location: Hybrid (Remote & Onsite in Pasig)
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid setup; required to report onsite three times a week
- If the user unit requires more than 3 days onsite, compliance is mandatory
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time
