• Design and develop scalable data pipelines to extract and transform data from various source systems into the data warehouse.
• Build data models using dimensional modeling techniques such as Kimball.
• Develop visually compelling and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough validation and quality checks.
• Design interactive, user-friendly visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban processes.
• Create high-level and detailed technical designs for data solutions.
• Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, including the use of CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current with industry trends in data engineering and visualization to recommend process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or other related fields.

Relevant Experience and Other Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior analytics engineering or developer role.
• At least five (5) years of experience in the architecture, design, and development of integrated systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Hands-on experience in developing data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
• Proficiency in Power BI; experience with Tableau or other visualization platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps are a plus.
• Experience working in teams with five or more members.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
