簡介
- End-to-end recruitment for various roles across different industries
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and deliverables
- Handle Executive Assistant (EA) role hiring and support
- Manage recruitment for international roles, particularly for UK-based clients
職位要求
- At least 5 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong background in sourcing and hiring Executive Assistants
- Experience recruiting for UK clients or familiarity with international hiring standards (preferred)
