1. 負責百度搜索引擎下的大規模站群（精品單站）部署與優化。目標為：批量收率與關鍵詞排名；
2. 獨立搭建自動化採集、改寫、發佈系統，連動AI生成內容，實現千站千詞覆蓋；
3. 分析關鍵詞池與用戶意圖，制定內容生產與更新策略，提升戰群整體效果；
4. 監測百度算法（綠蘿、驚雷等）變動，及時做出規避與優化調整。

職務要求

1. 具有3年以上百度SEO實戰經驗，能獨立操盤戰群項目；
2. 熟練掌握百度收錄原理與算法規則，有抗風控經驗；
3. 精通常見CMS與採集器（如DedeCMS、ZBlog、WordPress)；
4. 有能力搭建玩逞流量系統：內容自動生成、站點分發、監控數據分析；
5. 對金融/區塊鏈領域SEO有理解或操作經驗；
6. 能基於數據快速試錯，具備極強執行力與落地能力。

優先考慮

• 有真實項目案例或站群演示，具備上線實操能力者。

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for deploying and optimizing large-scale site clusters (premium single sites) under Baidu search engine. Objectives: batch indexing rate and keyword rankings.
2. Independently build automated collection, rewriting, and publishing systems, integrated with AI-generated content, to achieve coverage across thousands of sites and keywords.
3. Analyze keyword pools and user intent, formulate content production and update strategies, to enhance overall site cluster effectiveness.
4. Monitor Baidu algorithm changes (e.g., 綠蘿, 驚雷), and promptly implement avoidance and optimization adjustments.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of practical Baidu SEO experience, capable of independently managing site cluster projects.
2. Proficient in Baidu's indexing principles and algorithm rules, with anti-risk control experience.
3. Proficient in common CMS and collectors (e.g., DedeCMS, ZBlog, WordPress).
4. Capable of building and managing traffic systems: automated content generation, site distribution, monitoring, and data analysis.
5. Understanding or operational experience in SEO for finance/blockchain fields.
6. Able to quickly iterate based on data, with strong execution and implementation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Priority to candidates with real project cases or site cluster demonstrations, possessing live operation capabilities.
