主要职责:

1、负责制定和执行整体SEO战略，提升公司网站在Google等搜索引擎中的自然排名。

2、深入分析SEO数据和网站流量，识别优化机会，并提出具体的改进措施。

3、定期进行网站SEO审核，识别技术性SEO问题，并与技术团队合作修复问题。

4、通过关键词研究、内容优化、外链建设等手段提升网站的有机搜索表现。

5、监控并分析行业趋势，了解最新的SEO技术和Google算法更新，及时调整优化策略。

6、制定并执行有效的内容营销策略，确保页面内容符合SEO实践规范，增加页面可见度和点击率。

7、与广告投放、内容编辑、研发、设计等团队密切合作，确保全渠道的SEO策略一致性。

8、提供定期的SEO报告，评估SEO活动的效果，优化KPI指标，支持公司营销目标的实现。

Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing and implementing overall SEO strategies to enhance the natural ranking of the company's website on search engines such as Google.

2. Thoroughly analyze SEO data and website traffic, identify optimization opportunities, and propose specific improvement measures.

3. Regularly conduct website SEO audits, identify technical SEO issues, and work with the technical team to fix them.

4. Improve the organic search performance of the website through keyword research, content optimization, and external link construction.

5. Monitor and analyze industry trends, stay up-to-date with the latest SEO technologies and Google algorithm updates, and adjust optimization strategies in a timely manner.

6. Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies to ensure that page content complies with SEO practices and increases page visibility and click through rates.

7. Work closely with advertising, content editing, research and development, design and other teams to ensure consistency in SEO strategies across all channels.

8. Provide regular SEO reports, evaluate the effectiveness of SEO activities, optimize KPI indicators, and support the achievement of company marketing goals.

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、市场营销或相关专业优先。

2、至少8年Google SEO工作经验，具有多个行业、大型网站的SEO优化成功案例。

3、深入理解Google搜索引擎排名机制，熟悉各类SEO工具(如Google Analytics, Google SearchConsole,SEMrush, Ahrefs等)

4、具备扎实的技术SEO知识，熟悉HTML、CSS、JavaScript等技术，有一定的网页开发经验或CMS建站经验。

5、熟悉SEO的内容优化、关键词研究、大规模自动化站内页面优化等方面的技能。

6、拥有大规模外链建设、权重提升的经验，并且具有大量多行业外链资源。

7、具备Python脚本编写能力，能够处理大量重复数据和自动化工作，提高工作效率。

8、具备数据分析和问题解决能力，能够通过数据驱动决策和优化措施。

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, marketing or related majors are preferred.

2. At least 8 years of Google SEO work experience, with successful SEO optimization cases in multiple industries and large websites.

3. Deeply understand the ranking mechanism of Google search engine and be familiar with various SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Google SearchConsole, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

4. Have solid technical SEO knowledge, familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies, and have some experience in web development or CMS website building.

5. Familiar with SEO skills such as content optimization, keyword research, and large-scale automated website page optimization.

6. Having experience in large-scale external chain construction and weight enhancement, and possessing a large number of multi industry external chain resources.

7. Capable of writing Python scripts, able to handle large amounts of duplicate data and automate tasks, improving work efficiency.

8. Capable of data analysis and problem-solving, able to drive decisions and optimize measures through data-driven approaches.
