Seo Specialist

We are an internet services company seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with expertise in black hat SEO technologies to join our remote team. In this role, you will implement aggressive, high-impact SEO strategies designed to rapidly improve organic search visibility and traffic.

Your Mandarin proficiency will be used for internal reporting, documentation, and team collaboration only—not for targeting Mandarin-language markets. The primary focus remains on English-language and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute black hat SEO strategies including but not limited to private blog networks (PBNs), cloaking, automated content generation, link farming, and advanced scraping techniques.
• Use Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to identify algorithmic weaknesses, track ranking volatility, and discover high-value link opportunities.
• Perform technical audits to uncover crawl budget inefficiencies, indexing gaps, and on-page manipulation opportunities.
• Build and maintain automated SEO workflows for link acquisition, content syndication, and rank tracking.
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and rapidly adapt black hat tactics to maintain rankings.
• Prepare and deliver clear SEO performance reports, risk assessments, and strategy documents in Mandarin for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin during meetings and written correspondence with team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Language:
• Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing)

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of using black hat techniques to achieve ranking results.
• Tool Expertise: Must have specialized, practical experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic scripting (Python or similar), and web scraping methods.
• Risk Management: Ability to assess penalty risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Remote Work: Excellent self-discipline, time management, and proactive communication for a fully remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Scrapy, Selenium, custom bots).
• Knowledge of proxy rotation, fingerprinting avoidance, and captcha solving services.
• Experience in the internet services, SaaS, or digital solutions industry.
