職位要求
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- At least a year of experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A pleasant and welcoming demeanor with a passion for helping customers and resolving their concerns efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
