- Engage with customers and kids to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Guide kids in baking, singing, dancing, home economics Etc.
- Assist in program operations and support activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and report on feedback for improvement.
