- Oversee daily site operations and ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with various teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
- Job Title: Site Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Project Management, CAD, and AFES.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee site operations, manage workflows, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with teams.
- Working Conditions: Field and office work in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
