Handle clinic front desk operations and appointments
Respond to online inquiries and direct messages
Maintain clinic’s online presence by coordinating with the marketing team
Ensure excellent customer experience on-site and online
Assist in developing and executing social media strategies.
Create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor social media channels and respond to audience inquiries.
Analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing projects.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
With at least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
With basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
With pleasing personality, good grooming, and excellent communication skill
Tech-savvy, organized, and client-focused
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales and marketing, e-commerce strategies, business intelligence, and CRM.
