Job Responsibilities

AMA Planning and Execution

Plan and host blockchain project AMAs (Ask Me Anything), including but not limited to platforms such as Telegram, Twitter Spaces, Discord, and YouTube.

Write AMA scripts, design interactive questions, and ensure the content is professional and engaging for the target audience.

Guest Coordination and Content Optimization

Invite and coordinate project representatives, KOLs, and industry experts to participate in AMAs, enhancing the impact of the events.

Adjust hosting style according to project characteristics (e.g., verticals such as DeFi, NFT, GameFi, etc.).

Community Interaction and Growth

Facilitate live interaction during AMAs to increase user engagement (questions, polls, giveaways, etc.).

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote AMAs and expand community reach (targeting 1000+ participants per session).

Data Analysis and Optimization

Track AMA data (participant numbers, interaction rates, conversion rates) and optimize strategies for future events.
