Social Media Manager

WIDEFIELD TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (a technology and digital media company) is hiring a Social Media & Community Growth Lead to own our social and community growth.

What you'll do:

Plan and run growth campaigns; manage our social media and online communities; coordinate short-form video distribution across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and X; run influencer and partnership outreach; track growth KPIs; manage and support a small team of junior coordinators.

This role uses a performance-linked base salary structure. Each month, you earn your base salary by hitting the agreed KPI targets. Meet your targets, receive your base in full. Every result you drive above target earns you uncapped performance commission on top. This model rewards strong performers and is not suitable for those seeking a guaranteed fixed wage regardless of output.

Requirements:

Strong English; self-driven and data-oriented; hands-on experience growing online communities.

100% remote. Long-term position.
