• Create and set up multiple Facebook groups, Viber communities, Telegram channels, and other online groups on a daily basis to support community expansion goals.
• Apply knowledge of group creation, security, and moderation systems across platforms to ensure proper setup and smooth operations.
• Regularly post and share engaging content across managed groups to maintain activity and member participation.
• Coordinate with external partners to execute and oversee community-related projects.
• Support growth strategies by leveraging social media tools, including engagement panels and other boosting methods when required.
• Assist with day-to-day moderation tasks, addressing group member questions, and fostering a positive online environment across all platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of SEO, VPNs, and social media tools is an advantage.
• Familiar with online communities, social media platforms, and content posting.
• Tech-savvy with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple online groups efficiently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn in a startup environment.
• Amenable to work onsite Monday to Friday, and WFH on Saturday (half day)
