We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager to lead the construction and delivery of a Solar Power Plant (PV) project. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from planning, scheduling, and engineering coordination to construction oversight, stakeholder management, and final project completion. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Free on-site staff housing provided.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the Solar PV project, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and contractor teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Manage stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost impacts.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and engineering specifications.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support commissioning, testing, and final handover activities.
- Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to project team members and site personnel.
Requirements
- Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Proven project management experience, ideally from solar power, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management abilities.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Nueva Ecija for the duration of the project.
- Open to a project-based employment arrangement.
