  • Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure high culinary standards.
  • Help maintain inventory and ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Implement food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean kitchen environment.


Requirements

  • JOB TITLE: SOUS CHEF/COOK
  • ASSIGNMENT AREA: ESTANCIA/ALABANG TOWN CENTER
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong culinary skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with leadership abilities and a creative mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow and create recipes effectively.
