  • Assist the Executive Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served.
  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.


Requirements

  • SOUS CHEF/COOK
  • WILLING TO ASSIGNED AT ALABANG TOWN CENTER
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills.
