  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring the quality of food preparation.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and food purchasing.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food cleanliness and safety.
  • Help in menu planning and contribute to the creation of new recipes.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and to the restaurant's standards.


Requirements

  • JOB TITLE: SOUS CHEF
  • ASSIGNMENT AREA: ALABANG TOWN CENTER
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead and manage a team, effective communication skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Passion for cooking, attention to detail, and creativity in food presentation
