Oversee daily mall operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and service providers.
Monitor utility usage, repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Act as the primary liaison between the mall management and tenants.
Address tenant concerns and ensure lease compliance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to organize mall events and promotional activities.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through cleanliness, signage, ambiance, and customer assistance.
Resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2-4 years' experience in mall operations
Experience in mall promotions, advertising, and increasing foot traffic
Knowledge of facilities maintenance, security, and vendor management
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong understanding of local business regulations and mall industry trends
Quick decision-making skills to handle issues efficiently
