Team leaders oversee projects and supervise the day-to-day operations of their team, making sure everyone is pulling their weight; distributing the workload evenly and that motivation and performance level are maintained.

1. Supervise Cashier, Inventory Clerk, Branch Helper, Delivery Driver, and Delivery Helper

2. Provide Team Leadership and Coaching

• Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
• Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
• Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques, tools & forms to support task performance

3. Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction

• Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing are being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.
• Initiate sub-group meeting as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Escalate issues to Management which cannot be resolved by the team
• Serve as a focal point of the Management to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with the Team.
