Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements in all supply chain processes.
Forecast demand and plan supply needs in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
Oversee logistics operations including shipping, receiving, transportation, and delivery schedules.
Use ERP and supply chain software to monitor metrics and streamline processes.
Lead and mentor supply chain staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
2 - 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management (importation)
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
