• Teaching and Instruction:
• Conducts swim lessons, teaching various swimming strokes and water safety skills to individuals and groups. 
• Lesson Planning:
• Creates and implements tailored lesson plans based on students' age, skill level, and goals. 
• Student Assessment:
• Evaluates students' swimming abilities, tracks their progress, and provides feedback. 
• Safety Management:
• Enforces pool rules and safety protocols to ensure a secure learning environment. 
• First Aid:
• Provides immediate assistance and first aid in case of minor injuries or accidents in or around the pool. 
• Record Keeping:
• Maintains accurate records of student progress and participation.

• Strong swimming abilities and extensive knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.

Work Environments

Swim instructors can work in a variety of settings, including: Public pools, Private swim clubs, Schools and recreation centers, and Community centers like the YMCA. 

• With atleast 2 years of proven experience as a swimming instructor.
• Experience teaching, children, youth, and adults at different skills levels.
• Previous experience in schools, academics, or sports clubs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques acrosss all strokes.
• Ability to plan, organize and deliver structured training sessions.
• Good Communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Patience, discipline and motivational Teaching Style.
