ARCHANGEL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is an I.T. consulting and services organization that provides versatile solutions to digitally enhance business operations and help in adapting change seamlessly and effectively to streamline processes for clients’ businesses to achieve more satisfied customers, attract investors, and earn more profit.
A Systems Analyst's role is to study, review, and analyze user/client needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies. Document system requirements, define scopes and objectives, and assist in the creation of system specifications. Ensures the quality of system development and implementation.
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Office Location - Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
At least a year of experience in the Business Systems Analyst industry.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Self-motivatedStrong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Ability to learn new applications and system features quickly
Dedicated to the best possible customer experience and takes initiative toward improving it
Ability to articulate technical and functional concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Has good communication skills in English, both oral and written
knowledgeable in MS Visio
Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Determine priority and criticality of requirements.
Determine completeness of application/solution and facilitate UAT
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing work instructions, help desk support; training users

Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming a project team; establishing a project budget.
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
