Job Title: Client Systems Manager (GHL Power User + Automation Lead)

Work hours: Full Time

Timezone: Eastern Standard Time

Initial work schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Rate: $5-7 per hour


Job Overview:

Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring a Client Systems Manager who owns both system design and execution across client accounts. This role is for someone who doesn’t just “use” GoHighLevel — but thinks in systems, builds with intention, and leads execution end-to-end.


You will be responsible for designing and building client systems, ensuring clean and efficient execution, leading and guiding a Lean-Pro Talent team. This is not a task-based role. You are the person we rely on when something needs to be built, fixed, or optimized inside GHL and beyond.


Responsibilities:


System Design & Build (Core Focus)

  • Build and optimize systems inside GoHighLevel (pipelines, automations, triggers, workflows)
  • Design full client journeys: lead → nurture → conversion → follow-up
  • Ensure clean tagging, segmentation, and structured data flow
  • Identify gaps and troubleshoot issues quickly

Team Leadership & Quality Control

  • Delegate tasks to Lean-Pro Talents with clear direction and expected outcomes
  • Review and QA all outputs before reaching the client
  • Train and guide team members on system logic, structure, and best practices

Automation & Integrations

  • Build and manage workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or similar
  • Connect systems through webhooks, APIs, and automation logic
  • Ensure all tools and platforms are working seamlessly together

Campaign Systems

  • Build and manage outbound systems (email, SMS, pipelines)
  • Ensure leads are properly tagged and moving through the pipeline correctly
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve system performance

AI & Continuous Optimization

  • Use AI tools to improve workflows, messaging, and execution speed
  • Continuously refine systems for efficiency, clarity, and scalability


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or as a Tech VA.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), you’ve built full systems
  • Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, or similar)
  • Ability to think in systems, workflows, and logic
  • Experience managing or guiding a team
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail with fast and clean execution

This Role is NOT for You If:

  • You rely on step-by-step instructions for everything
  • You’ve only “used” GHL but haven’t built systems from scratch
  • You miss details or require constant corrections
  • You are slow to respond or not proactive
  • You think in tasks instead of systems

  • Client satisfaction and retention
