簡介

Hr executive with financial industry experience



  • Handle the administrative affairs of HR department
  • Provide support in the functional areas of the department, including recruitment, contract signing, employee relations, etc


Employee contract signing

  • Communicate with new employees about contract signing after the cooperation is confirmed, and promote it
  • Collect and check employee information and submit it to the company
  • Responsible for the reception and contract signing of part-time employees


Invite for a job

  • Responsible for identifying candidates and communicating with them to confirm the intention of both parties
  • Facilitate the interview and recruitment of candidates


General administrative work

  • Office related asset management
  • Related expenses and reimbursement

職位要求

  • Bachelor degree or above in human resources or business administration
  • At least 2 years HR supervisor or related working experience in financial industry
  • Know local laws and regulations
  • Strong aptitude and ability to multitask
