What You'll Do

As a Talent Houz Recruiter, you will be the bridge between ambition and opportunity. Your role includes:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs & deliver top-tier solutions
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding talent
• High-volume talent sourcing via job portals, social media, referrals & internal database
• Ensuring workforce stability — attendance, performance & replacements when needed
• Building strong relationships with candidates to grow a trusted talent community

What You Bring

• Min 1 year experience in HR / Recruitment
• Degree in HR, IT, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields (CGPA ≥ 3.0)
• Ambitious, sales-driven, self-motivated with a winner’s mindset
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented
• Confident communicator & relationship-builder
• Must have own transport & willing to travel (within Selangor area — relocation support discussion welcome)
