Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Manage candidate experience and maintain applicant tracking system
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility.
