Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Supervisor


Job Responsibilities

Screening & Selection

  • Review and evaluate applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate client interviews as needed.

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct/passive sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Account / Client Management

  • Partner closely with clients or designated points of contact (POC) to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
  • Serve as a strategic recruitment advisor, ensuring alignment between hiring decisions and business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Attend client meetings, including escalations and calibration sessions, to address recruitment-related concerns, align expectations, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant master tracker and recruitment databases.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.

Candidate Experience

  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview methodologies (e.g., Boolean search, X-ray search, GitHub sourcing).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience recruiting for IT/Technical, Corporate, and Bilingual roles.
