We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on recruitment while also handling general HR functions to support the overall people strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding.
HR Generalist Functions:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support in payroll preparation and attendance management.
Assist in performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Participate in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum [3] years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment.
Good understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (experience with recruitment platforms is a plus).
