• Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions
• Source candidates through online portals, job boards, social platforms, and traditional media
• Manage the hiring process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Evaluate applications and conduct initial screenings via calls or email
• Facilitate pre-interview assessments and compile interview questions
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with hiring needs
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies
• Proven ability to screen candidates effectively and manage shortlists
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
