- Partner with executives and managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team to deliver high-quality results.
- Oversee the use of recruitment technologies, platforms, and innovative sourcing methods.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
