Revise and refine training programs to match evolving business needs.
Keep detailed records of all training activities, attendees, and outcomes.
Document extraordinary accomplishments (success cases, breakthroughs) and problems encountered (setbacks, resistance, challenges) as a reference for continuous improvement.
Prepare quarterly reports to management on training outcomes, alignment with PABSK, and department-level improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in training technologies and methods.
Introduce e-learning, microlearning, gamification, and simulation-based programs where appropriate.
Promote lifelong learning and encourage employees to pursue certifications and personal development.
Organize knowledge-sharing activities such as “Lunch & Learn.”
Provide sponsorship for professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
Design and deliver practical, job-focused training for all roles in operating units and support departments.
Collaborate with supervisors to close skill gaps and improve productivity.
Perform other tasks as may be delegated by management in line with organizational growth and training needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
At least 5 years in training & development
With proven track record of executing programs that improve operational efficiency, and growth of personnel
