Prepares and reviews financial information. He/she manages account records, processes transactions, and analyzes financial data. He/she also advises Finance Officers, Team Leaders, and internal departments on best practices to ensure compliance in financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors compliance of regional offices on the day-to-day tasks
  • Monitors compliance of regional offices on the requirements of their respective RDO and LGU
  • Checks supporting documents if they met the minimum requirements of BIR
  • Assists in submission of letters and documents to the BIR
  • Assists in the preparation of documents during BIR audits
  • Assists in liaising to LGU and other government agencies for HQ
  • Other tax-related tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred
  • Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus
