簡介

Responsibilities

• Review and manage the preparation of federal and state income tax returns

(Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065) prepared by staff using CCH Axcess, ensuring accuracy and

compliance with applicable tax laws

• Oversee the preparation and timely filing of tax extensions and related

supporting schedules

• Lead client communications regarding open items, inquiries, and complex tax

matters, maintaining a high level of professionalism

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely

status updates and clear communication of key information

• Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff and associates by reviewing work,

providing feedback, and promoting professional development

• Work closely with senior leadership to identify and resolve issues, improve

processes, and manage workload distribution

• Take ownership of high-value or complex entity clients and support strategic tax

planning efforts

• Manage and participate in miscellaneous ad hoc projects and initiatives as

needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in business entity tax preparation and review

• Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal communication skills

• CPA preferred

• Proficiency in CCH Axcess strongly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage clients, coordinate across teams, and uphold a

professional attitude in a client-facing environment
