簡介

  • Prepare and serve a variety of teas and tea-based beverages.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Train and mentor new staff on tea preparation techniques.
  • Participate in tea tastings and promotions.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; barista training is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Prior experience in a café or coffee shop advantage but not require.
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, and strong upselling skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Passion for coffee, friendly demeanor, and ability to work well under pressure.
