Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our healthcare account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry, particularly in healthcare, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This role is responsible for leading a team, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives handling healthcare-related inquiries.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to quality standards and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle escalations and complex customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with management to optimize processes and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment.

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Healthcare Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related role.
- Education: Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Availability: Must be able to start ASAP.
