  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for different channels (territory, modern trade, corporate, and technical sales).
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure effective workflow.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop team training and professional growth initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between management and team members.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in team management and sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Strategy and Management, Key Account Management, and strong Organizational Skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Lead team performance, develop sales strategies, and manage key accounts to drive growth.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to meet clients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
