Responsibilities
- Own the architecture design, development, iteration, and optimization of key business components, including the core user growth platform, marketing automation system, benefits center, and ad delivery system.
- Deeply understand growth and marketing processes—such as A/B testing, user acquisition and activation, precision push notifications, viral sharing, and membership systems—and translate business requirements into efficient, stable, and scalable technical solutions.
- Lead the design of high-concurrency, high-availability systems to ensure stability and performance at a user scale of hundreds of millions.
- Drive business growth through technology, exploring and introducing new technical solutions to enhance development efficiency, system capabilities, and user experience.
- Lead and manage a mid-to-senior Java development team, overseeing task allocation, code reviews, technical mentorship, and talent development.
- Foster a positive, technology-driven, continuous-learning team culture to elevate overall technical expertise and delivery quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, design, and QA teams to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery.
- Contribute to the team’s technical roadmap and drive key technical decisions from conception to implementation.
- Establish and refine development standards, processes, and quality benchmarks to raise the team’s engineering maturity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 8 years of backend development experience and over 3 years of technical team management (minimum 10 members).
- Expert in the Java ecosystem (Spring Cloud, MyBatis, JVM tuning), with proven experience in designing high-concurrency, high-availability, distributed systems and operating production environments at 100k+ QPS.
- Demonstrated leadership on complex marketing, transaction, or user-growth systems—such as coupons, points, lotteries, group buying, subsidies, membership, order management, or payment platforms (at least one domain).
