Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to meet client manpower requirements.
Evaluate CV's skilled applicants, Develop and implement sourcing strategies, conduct applicant research, manage social media channels, and maintain customer relationships.
Analyze strategic sourcing location.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment initiatives with business goals.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.

Educational Qualifications: Electrical/Mechanical Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in writing, email marketing, market research, and customer relationship management. Adept in social media strategies with strong written and verbal communication. MS Office experience
Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential remote work options; may involve occasional local travel for events.
Qualities and Traits: Attentive, detail-oriented, creative thinker, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
