The Technical Business Lead will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business development needs of the company. The lead will be mainly responsible in managing and overseeing projects and processes. Provide data-driven insights to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements. This role is responsible for providing strategic technical guidance, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of technology to support business growth initiatives. Oversees and conducts the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions. Spearhead system enhancements required by the team. Monitor movement of projects for the year of the department to ensure achievement of intended business impact. 

• Visibility and participation on all projects being pursued by the department especially system enhancements
• Prepare the data for the review of the key performance indicators of the business functions
• Analyze data to identify issues that might have downstream impacts and use the information to propose process improvements.
• Check the accuracy of data being prepared by the department and external parties
• Create and review monitoring templates that will help business units to keep track of their production
• Represent the department in meetings and discussions that will have impact on the team
• Administrative tasks indicated in the Job Scope

Job Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or any related field.
• At least 5 years previous experience in analytics, data visualization/storytelling.
• Willing to work Makati.
