簡介
- Handle new product introduction project and conduct the required qualification/validation of product/process
- Improvement of existing lines through optimization and/or cycle-up of machines
- Assessment of evaluation result of newly qualified product/mold
- Coordinate with suppliers/customers when needed.
- Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
- Identify and manage resources to execute process improvement projects.
- Review of process parameters if still applicable in production and suggest changes when necessary.
- Provide preventive measures to potential problems in the processes.
- Provide technical support & solutions to encountered problems.
職位要求
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- With at least 2-3 years of related experience preferably gained from a plastic injection company
- Knowledgeable in SolidWorks, CAD & problem-solving techniques
